If your event is postponed or cancelled and your travel has already commenced, a partial refund will be available to you based on the package you have purchased and the services already used.
If your event is postponed or cancelled and your travel has not already commenced, you will be eligible for a refund (minus the GTC service fee).
If you do not want a refund and would prefer to utilize the eligible monies as a credit towards a future travel package, that can also be arranged.
